I repeated all the install and remove/purge commands shown in the
DpkgHistoryLog.txt attachment, but couldn't reproduce the problem. Maybe
there was an error in one of the installation or removal steps prior to
this, that is not shown in this bug report.
Could you please attach /var/log/apt/term.log?
If your system is still experiencing apt errors, could you please try
this:
sudo apt update
sudo apt -f install
and post back the results please.
