I downloaded entropy.ubuntu.com.crt and ran this command, where
$(pwd)/entropy.ubuntu.com.pem is the certificate file (a CA actually)
from the current cosmic pollinate package:

$ openssl verify -CAfile entropy.ubuntu.com.pem
~/Desktop/entropy.ubuntu.com.crt
/home/andreas/Desktop/entropy.ubuntu.com.crt: OK

Is this a correct check? pollinate runs curl like this, according to the
/etc/default/pollinate config file:
CURL_OPTS="--cacert /etc/pollinate/entropy.ubuntu.com.pem --capath /dev/null"
