That's ok because you didn't install apache2-doc, it was just a
suggested package when apache2 was installed:

> Suggested packages:
>  apache2-doc apache2-suexec-pristine | apache2-suexec-custom

What happens now when you install apache2-doc?

sudo apt install apache2-doc
