The path of the new database directory was already in Apparmor configuration (I join the file with this comment). It is also declared in the Mysql configuration file (I will join it in a next comment). There is a symlink from /var/ib/mysql to /developpement/mysql too in case of. I don't understand. I realised too that since I am on ubuntu 9.04, when my Computer starts, there is a problem with MySql and Apparmor.
