With autofs 5.0.7-3ubuntu1.1 and autofs-ldap 5.0.7-3ubuntu1.1, automount
starts up fine. With the new version (5.0.8-1ubuntu1) in utopic, it
hangs shortly after displaying the ldap lookup information:
