Binary package hint: initramfs-tools
Problem came up after upgrade to jaunty where iscsi root support was
added. Path to the iscsistart binary is /sbin/iscsistart not
/usr/sbin/iscsistart as used in the copy_exec call of /usr/share
/initramfs-tools/hook/iscsi. Changing it to
copy_exec /sbin/iscsistart /sbin
fixes the error.
