I talked with this person on #ubuntu, and can confirm this bug. I find that
the bug happens when the HEREDOC identifier matches the end of the HEREDOC
string.
Some examples of failure:
$a=<<<E
Hello
WHERE
E;
$a=<<<WHERE
Hello
WHERE
WHERE;
$a=<<<RE
Hello
WHERE
RE;
