Bug description:
[Impact]
Some list views are completely empty at times. ItemView/PathView fails to
create the delegates when the delegate component and model are set after view
creation.
[Test Case]
When scrolling in for example music scope all the way down, and then up
again, from time to time the carousel on the top remains empty and doesn't
render anything.
[Regression Potential]
No regressions have been noticed with the same patch in utopic so far.
Upstream has also not changed the files in question after the patch went in
there.
