This needs the UX team's thoughts on if the proposal to not stop
recording when this message pops up would be the right behavior or not.

  up

Bug description:
I was recording a video using the Camera application when my battery
eventually depleted to the point where a notification popped up
notifying me that it is running low. At this point in time, I
dismissed the message and noticed that the video stopped recording.

I am aware that the video stops recording if I change to another
application in the midst of recording, and this is expected., What I
didn't expect is for the recording to stop when the low battery
notification popped up. I expected the video to continue recording.

  I am running:
  BQ Aquaris E4.5 (krillin)
  Ubuntu 15.04 (OTA-12)

  App: Camera
  Version: 3.0.0.659
