Qt Creator piles up items in the Qt Versions settings.
[ Test Case ]
Start Qt Creator multiple times and observe Options -> Build & Run ->
Qt Versions tab.
[ Regression Potential ]
Should be low, the patch breaking this is a Debian specific patch and
not part of the upstream releases.

3, it add a new same qt version to the qt version list for each qtcreator
startup.
