Заткнулся на установке MUTAGEN. В репах не нашел. Скачал его отсюда: http://dac.molbio.ku.dk/bioinformatics/MUTAGEN/download.html Распаковал, запустил setup.pl Он меня спрашивает: "Tip: MUTAGEN uses NCBI blast for making multiple alignments, and the web blast. Depending on the setup of blast, you might have to check that this is not a link to the blast executables Use blastall installation []? : the input is not an executable, try again." Что это значит и что вводить? Пустая строка не прокатывает, он че-то от меня хочет. Blast и Blast2 поставил.
