If you look back at the Blizzcon PvP (I played it too in 2010) the characters barely had 1000 HP and were barely doing double digits for damage numbers. So figuring out the scale back and setting rules and banning some skills or passives (creeping death as an example) could make for an. Interesting PvP FFA experience. I just wish there could be team based PvP where you could do 2v2 matches and they included a cycling of the arena maps that are existing in the game files.
