Guys, there was a bug filled against Steam
https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/2573 , but it was
closed even if it's not resolved. So I found a workaround

Can we implement this workaround in Ubuntu for ease of use?
It will take away the pain of using Steam on Linux from novice users. This
bug was presented like 2 years or so.
Let's make Ubuntu better.
