Ubuntu 15.04 is overheating laptops. Both laptops at home powers off, and both have different graphic adapters.
After some test, this could be due to power supply failure in both systems. It is just triggered more easily when fans spin speedier.
After removing the battery in one and changing the power supply adaptor on the other, they have no longer shut down.
