Actually, this list is about Quality Assurance and Quality Control. It
is meant to be a place to discuss manual testing activities, automated
testing, bug triaging procedures and stuff like that.

(https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-devel-discuss) may be
a good place for discussing problems and *solutions*. There are no
lists for pure rants :)
By the way, Ubuntu receives tons of bug reports every day, and it's not
easy to handle all of them. The bugsquad always welcomes new members;
if you want to help triaging the bluetooth bugs, feel free to take a
