I like the idea, certainly. We don't HAVE to do sessions.
Put another way I would rather newcomers had everything they needed
instantly availible on the wiki. Video links as needed, and written
tutorials, etc.
The goal is to have everything you need to know to dive in and get
moving.. A bit of test first, ask questions later mentality :-)

Yes, right! but we must find the way to make the wiki pages easy to find
too!
Maybe have a sort of Index somewhere, so from a single wiki page you can
get everywhere.
