I'm not a wiki guru, however I've searched a little and found:

I've tryied to run the second one and discovered that wiki.ubuntu.com
has disabled XMLRPC calls.

I think this is the way to go, maybe some of you guys could ask if they
could enable it just enought time to run it.

Look what I found! I changed the main page, but the wiki has more
occurrences. Please, feel free to have a look and edit the active pages
to convert them to ubuntu-quality.
In addition, I've started the process to move to #ubuntu-quality from
#ubuntu-testing. The IRC channel should auto-redirect after the
migration. After we're migrated, we'll do a similar search to update our
wiki over to the new info.
Finally, if you see outdated info anywhere, feel empowered to fix it. If
you can't update it, email the list and we'll get it sorted out. Thanks
