Like Nicholas quoted, *Smoke testing is non-exhaustive software testing*because we don't test each and every aspect of the product but the ones that are crucial. It's a positive testing because, we are *ascertaining that the most crucial functions of a program work*, which means we are trying to make sure that the product we have is 'testable', and has no blocker bugs. Well, that's what I know. Any corrections?
