Hi, In http://qa.ubuntu.com/bugs/ , we have a link for irc, which is a wiki redirect to the help documentation. [i probably need to file bug for that ;p]
Why not have that link to a webchat irc instead? like this > http://loco.ubuntu.com/irc/ to #ubuntu-bugs ?
