All, I see the different behavior according to 'killall NetworkManager' on 2 OS. On Ub 9.04, NetworkManager could be removed by this command, but Ub 9.10 changed the behavior. The init process monitors this process, and keeps resuming back.
Does anyone test it in FC 12/11 or OpenSUSE environment?
