Still an issue but toggling flight mode usually helps. In the meantime at OTA11

When I use internet or check my mails I switch to 3G, when I want back it most often loses all connections permanently. - Other times it is disconnected without any interference. Probably because the cell tower changed. Not sure. Sometimes toggling flight does the trick. When that workaround doesn't succeed the indicator says "connection refused". Then only a phone reboot helps. What information shall I get you? Logs.. Got a Nexus 4, OTA8 with eplus/O2 (they are merged in Germany).
