SIM card appeared as "Not registered", nor voice or data services. Once he was back in Spain, the connectivity came back. case2: he went to Androrra, and the same as case 1. He said his wife had a krillin on Android and it worked son is not HW. Both customers have the same mobile provider and they checked with the provider that roaming was enabled.
