You can get replacement LCD screens from Aliexpress at around $20. For example, https://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/New-For-BQ-Aquaris-E4-5-Ubuntu-Edition-phone-Full-LCD-Display-Touch-Screen-Digitizer-Assembly/602425_32469146865.html which includes the tools to disassemble the phone. I suppose you already found the Youtube videos on how to disassemble.
