locked. For example for Poland You locked 998 for fire department or 997 for 
the nearest Police station. For some reason You left 999 unlocked. Calling 112 
in Poland was always a waste of time. Perhaps it changed but I'd never call it.

 +1 I agree, the best solution would be to have a default per region. But if 
 that's to difficult to implement, there should be the option to set it 
 manually, IMHO.
