Thanks, this worked! I needed to log in again via ssh because the screen remained black (I think it was completely turned off) and reboot it after maybe 2 hours of uptime. Then the phone came up with build 69 and is working fine again. The new UI is nice, btw. On confusing thing, "Updates" is offering to install "Ubuntu version 68" which is already downloaded. I'll try to avoid this trip then...
