Hi as a workaround I am currently using simply command in terminal to switch sim card off and on
/usr/share/ofono/scripts/offline-modem /ril_1 and /usr/share/ofono/scripts/online-modem /ril_1 that will work for second sim, if you want to use the script for first sim use "/ril_0" instead and I am obviously not typing these each time I am swichting sim on and off ... just by arrow up in terminal going though history of commands :) yeah ubuntu on the phone is great (cause there are always workarounds ready :D ) Cheers 2016-10-12 15:57 GMT+02:00 Anupam <anupam...@yahoo.com>: > I haven't tried it, but having SIM PINs set and then rebooting the device > without unlocking the unwanted SIM may work. > > Also there is this feature request: > > https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-system-settings/+bug/1460458 > > > On Wednesday 12 October 2016 07:11 PM, Wayne Ward wrote: >> >> Is there any way to make sim one switch off but keep sim two on without >> ejecting the sim ? >> I've seen redirect but would like to simply disable it and then re enable >> when I'm ready to to take calls on it >> Wayne >> > > > -- > Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-phone > Post to : ubuntu-phone@lists.launchpad.net > Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-phone > More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp -- Peter PostScriptum: Veci hodnotime podla vyuzitelnosti a dostupnosti (ako napriklad zlato), ako je teda mozne ze vnutorny pokoj, taky uzitocny a zriedkavy si vobec nevazime?
