If you use your BQ E4.5 OTA-13 as hotspot to connect other devices to Internet, please be aware of this LP issue. It is reproduced that you can turn your device into black brick until battery power is consumed; please check this issue for more details:

Press/release power button to turn off screen 4. Press/release power button to turn on screen You may need to repeat the sequence a few times before this fails.
