Hello, We run in our company a bug tracking system based on Atlassian Jira. While I can login into and access fine any trouble ticket, like:
https://issues.oclcpica.org/browse/SRP-22629 I can not download attached log files like: https://issues.oclcpica.org/secure/attachment/35319/debug.slog.467 I'm asked to Download the file or Cancel, click on Download brings up a new page with the URL, a progress-bar and a Cancel button; progress is only 0% forever; (You can not access the above URL due to missing credentials).
