I do not think any logs will help. Phone mostly "thinks" that bluetooth works
and it is about the audio devices that seem to not support what Ubuntu has to
offer. What's more phone shows mostly the state as Connected though audio
device has no connection with the phone. We would have to get logs from a radio
:-)Yesterday I "paired" my e4.5 with a Garmin GPS device. Garmin was able to
see my contacts and showed connection. However no other function worked as
dialing a number from GPS or voice transmission. So as You see You'll not see
to much in logs cause everythings seems to work fine. My phone shows me an
active connection with a device that rejected me while pairing.
I also do not understand that all devices with them I ever tried to pair stay
visible on the items list and are removable only through the terminal with rm
command. Why forgetting doesn't work and why the never connected devices stay
on the list.

Content of ~/.cache/upstart/ folder would be useful here(try to play a video
and grab the files after that). For bluetooth:
