Possible workaround: There is a toggle switch for "External Drives" at
System Settings > Notifications. Turning it off gets rid of these
notifications. The state of this switch is persistent across reboots.
Issue with this workaround: This bug
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-devices-system-image/+bug/1611848>.
This is supposed to be fixed with the upcoming OTA-13 update, already
fixed on rc-proposed.

Every time I switch on my phone I get an alert about new storage media,

in there always. I've formatted it, but it does not go away.
Is that expected behavior, or is something wrong with the config?
