Correct. OpenGL is not available on Ubuntu Touch, iOS, Android, etc. If you want to use graphics acceleration on mobile devices, you must use OpenGL|ES. OpenGL|ES is supported by most modern toolkits including Qt and libSDL. The last update to GLUT was over 16 years ago, it is not a modern toolkit. -- Stephen M.
