Hey, We are in a process of releasing BlueZ 5.41 with it's packages currently in silo 37. It might, however I'm not 100% sure, improve iot with cars. Therefore if you are fluent enough with the shell and adb you may try to give it a chance and see how it works otherwise wait till OTA-13 which will include it.
@Cesar Could you describe briefly what are the symptoms of your failures - did you mean connecting or pairing? Is there any chance for you to attach syslog. The https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluez/+bug/1539158 would be a good place to do so.
