Hello Francisco, We are doing the best we can. The development process of a phone-based operating system is a very complex process (just as any operating system design), not everything can be solved in a short period of time.
I would like all of our users to be satisfied with what we do so every opinion matters. But we value 'valuable' criticism, angry rants do not lead to anything - especially in such a form. And please mind your manners as each of your e-mails is generally very rude. Remember: if you're really not satisfied with ubuntu-touch, don't use it. It's as simple as that. As mentioned before we would like all of our users satisfied, but sometimes one needs to understand that things need time - and if you're not willing to accept that, I guess it makes no sense for you to use a product you hate. There's a lot of other operating systems to choose from.
