My MX4 overheated and will no longer turn on. The phone is under warranty for another couple of weeks so I have been trying to see if Meizu can help.
I emailed m...@meizu.com who said that I need to contact the seller. The phone was bought from meizumart. Meizu advised that the european contact i...@meizumart.it so i emailed them and they said file a ticket here: www.assistenza.meizu.it I received a number of emails from meizu requesting information and eventually received an email saying that I had to contact the seller. I emailed m...@meizu.com again who say they can't provide any support as the link for device is gone from their website. Can anyone advice how I can contact Meizu support? Thanks, Dan
