Hi,
Just a heads up, latest rc-proposed images hang on first boot after an
upgrade, a fresh flash or a reset. It affects all the devices but not
everyone (we've seen some successful upgrades)
This is tracked in bug 1595933 and being investigated.
When it hangs, long press the power button to reboot the device and next
boot should proceed just fine.
