I'm trying to coonect Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth mouse to my BQ Aquaris
M10 tablet and it doesn't even display in bluetooth settings. The mouse
requires Bluetooth 4.0 which should be available according to specs, so my
assumption is Ubuntu Touch may not support it programmatically.
Is that so? What can be the reason otherwise?

The Microsoft Arc Mouse exists in two versions. The version with a USB
Dongle is not not a Bluetooth mouse and will not work. The Bluetooth
version might work. Why might? It might use a technology only supported as
of Windows 8.0. I had that problem with the Microsoft Design Mouse in the
Bluetooth version. it does Work on a Windows 10, however, does not work
under Windows 7 or Ubuntu.
