Sorry to hear that. As Matthias mentioned, the first thing you can try is getting to the boot menu, by holding the "Up Volume" button while pressing the "Power" button for 10~15 seconds. While it restarts, keep the Up button pressed until a black screen with a text menu appears. If you can get there try the fastboot option, and you may be able to reflash with ubuntu-device-flash adding the --bootstrap option.
