I have this issue on my Nexus 7 with rc-proposed. And it's even worse because
adding any account doesn't work anymore.Though my last update was yesterday so
I don't know if it was fixed already. I hope it was fixed already :(

I have had same issue several times since OTA9 too. Yesterday the account
was lost when I tried to install an App from Ubuntu Store.
