All font related changes are probably due to this bug fix in OTA-9 that adjusted font sizes to be exactly what design had intended: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-rtm/+source/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/+bug/1528263 I found eg webbrowser-app bookmark texts and indicator titles smaller, but the only real oddity was Terminal.
