Unprivileged LXC containers are not supported on current Ubuntu Touch images 
because they require a much newer kernel.

An old-fashioned chroot should do the trick well enough.

You can also try installing Libertine to help with creating and maintaining the 
chroot and your packages, but keep in
mind it's still in development mode and not ready for general public 
consumption.
