[Ubuntu-phone] boot splash screen

On my last update on proposed i lost my boot splash screen
Is there any way i can get this back
Not massively important just looks a bit rubbish booting up with a black 
screen
im now on r210 seemed to happen on r209 update
ive tried hard reset and this never solved it.
