I'm one of the uNav developers, we're trying to give the most quality navigation. If you find any issue with uNav please fill a bug here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unav If not, we'll not know about those issues. I would bet that you are setting avoid tolls or you have a wrong mode (walk or bike) in your settings.
