Hello everyone, Today brought more landings than yesterday. We had a new ofono with fixes for multiple crashes, Unity8/qtmir (test fixes mostly, but also other bugfixes), a new ubuntu-themes with new mono icons (and a new VPN indicator) and oxide-qt. Many other fixes are queued up as well. From other things: we also finally released the hook changes to livecd-rootfs that remove the unnecessary apt lists from new images, saving around 60-80 MB of space on disk. That's always something. Also, QA is now looking into a possible bootloop issue due to the upstart-watchdog kicking in [1]. We have some ideas for a hotfix, but first we want to confirm if it's really the way to go. We're also working on a solution that would allow stable phone users to easier identify the OTA version (OTA-5, OTA-6 etc.) they're using. More on that later. But so far things look pretty good. Please remember that next week is final freeze - it's also the time when we build our first release candidate and the testing starts. Be sure to get all your OTA-7 fixes scheduled for landing ASAP.
