There's deifinitely a bug with the native Telegram app. It randomly logs
me out, yet still seems to be notifying me when I get messages - yet
refusing to let me see them until I log back in again. Irritating.
Webogram however works flawlessly, as does my Ubuntu laptop (15.04 with
unity 7). Are there any more updates on the way? if not, what's the best
way to file a bug for this?

there should be a new telegram app landing soon, the rc-proposed channel
dropped a dependency that the app shouldnt have used so telegram is
broken for all rc-proposed users currently (started right after the OTA
imae was branched off, so users of "stable" are not affected)
