Sure can't! Just like the spreadsheet, bileto is just a dumb data-store. The Jenkins part of the train is where all the action happens but it doesn't support device tarballs so it can't do anything with them or report anything about them. You just put the tarball link in bileto, ping somebody to download it and test it, then they'll ping you back when it's done, or whatever.
