[Ubuntu-phone] Telegram broken

Anybody seeing a broken Telegram app? I can still receive messages, and the 
scope appears to be working, but anytime I open the app I get the start 
screen with 'No chats' and the app is frozen (before it has a chance to 
load the chats). This means I can't reply to any messages. It also appears 
there is nowhere to track bugs.
