Hello everyone! First of all: apologies for the missing e-mail yesterday. I'm back today with a some updates from the landing world.
Yesterday we have promoted last week's RC image to the stable channel, so everyone using 14.09 should now be able to update to the first official OTA. Krillin devices might see another update later this week still, but this one will hold no actual new content - only some device fixes. QA finished regression testing of vivid today as well. A detailed report will be sent out tomorrow, but so far we already know that the situation doesn't look too good - with the pass-rate being barely over 80%. There is a lot of bugs that will need to be fixed before we can switch our stable base into vivid, so there's a long road ahead of us all. The most important bugs will be marked by our landing team and added to the issue list below. Most probably still today we will try to land the Qt 5.4 QML-cache enhancement for vivid. Ricardo rebased all the necessary bits and after Timo's testing everything now seems to be working fine, with us waiting for a final FFe approval.
