I have this issue on my mako as well. Also, I am seeing it when trying to update to #276 as well.
On the other hand, both 275 and 275 installed just fine on my hammerhead, but now it is treating my SIM as locked, though it has never been locked; so I am unable to use SMS or make any calls.
