Extracting metadata from /media/phablet/Kingston/Music/Lindsey
Stirling/05 - Moon Trance.mp3.
Added song to backing store: /media/phablet/Kingston/Music/Lindsey
Stirling/05 - Moon Trance.mp3
author : 'Lindsey Stirling'
title : Moon Trance
album : 'Lindsey Stirling'
duration : 235
~/.cache/media-art/ is empty if it's where artwork is supposed to go to.
So are you seeing the songs at all or only with text and broken images?
If you want to inspect the contents of your media storage you can issue
the following command:
sqlite3 ~/.cache/mediascanner-2.0/mediastore.db 'SELECT * FROM media;'
It lists all files Mediascanner2 currently knows about. If your song is
listed there but not in the scope or music app, then it is an issue of
scopes (I seem to recall that there was a bug in the music aggregator
scope a day or so ago) or some other middleware piece. If this is the
case then file a bug in the appropriate place. :)
