Good news everyone! During my slumber, the new mir migrated through proposed, along with gst-plugins-bad1.0, and image #7 was kicked containing both. Reports abound of alarms ringing while the screen is turned off, and music pausing while phone calls come in. Great success!
I don't plan to land any large items today, partly because so many europeans are missing, and partly because there don't seem to be any large landings in the list. So, with a plan to have an easy day of small landings, so far I've landed: * usensord supporting new vibration modes * gsettings-qt and unity-scopes-shell bugfixes * gallery-app bugfixes Those should appear in image #8 later today. Just a heads up for all landers today, the spreadsheet seems to be malfunctioning quite severly; it seems as though it lets you edit the spreadsheet, but then it doesn't sync to other users, or at least there's a long delay before syncing. I recommend reloading the page frequently, it seems to be the only way to force it to show you the edits other people have made. This also affects the IRC bot, which scans the spreadsheet for info. The spreadsheet is now often wrong, which means the IRC bot is just spewing wrong messages into the status channel, so we should probably ignore that bot until the spreadsheet calms down. I'm doing my best to manually poke the spreadsheet to have the correct statuses but it's slow and difficult. For now, people wondering about the status of their silos are recommended to refer to the backend status dashboard[0] that I've been working on. It bypasses the spreadsheet and displays directly the status of each silo in jenkins. Note that this isn't a *replacement* for the spreadsheet, it's just a glimpse into the inner workings of the silos and tends to have more-correct info on silo statuses.
